Hello everyone,

Although I'm tech not new to myfitnesspal, I lost any and all progress I made the last time I was on here so basically starting new, I'm just armed with a bit more knowledge this time around.

I plan on trying something diff this time also, I have found a lot of positive data on intermittent fasting, before I tried to eat small meals threwout the day which was effective but made me watch the clock a lot.

Goal is to eat for 8 hours a day, fast for 16 and following the old hunter/gatherer diet.

God willing, I will do better this time around than I did last.

New friends are always welcome.
