Help me choose a Jillian workout? Please?!

Heyy everyone! So i started my weight loss journey in May 25 and i've finished 30 ds and tomorrow i'll be done with ripped in 30. Now which Jillian workout dvd should i choose, i really have no idea. I have almost all of her dvds, and if that helps, i weigh about 144- 145 ish right now. I'm trying to decide between NMTZ and BFBM. Or 6 week 6 pack? I want my belly fat to be gone for good but still, of course overall i want a challenging and effective workout. Thanks in advance!

Any of the ones you listed are good, challenging workouts. Even Six Week 6-Pack works your whole body. I'd mix 'em up, alternate a couple of them for a week or two, then switch one out for a couple of weeks, etc. Keeps it from getting boring.0

NMTZ, BFBM or 6wk6pk are all great dvds. I think NMTZ and BMBF in
rotation would be effective. They are both long workouts though..almost an hour.
6wk6pk is not as long which I really liked.0 -
Depending on what equipment you have access to you might do better transitioning away from Jillian workouts and more toward functional training methods.0

I would suggest the Extreme Shed and Shred, that ones pretty good.0

I vote for a combination of all three. Rotate them and keep it interesting. I did that with 30 DS and Ripped in 30. I get bored doing the same workout 10 days straight. Good luck!0

Jillian Michaels' 30 day slim down
It's a rotation suposedly created by Jillian ( although I cant find the original source). It consists of the 30DS, No More Trouble Zones, and Burn Fat/Boost Metabolism.
N.B. 'Quick Trouble Zones' is the standing part of 'No More Trouble Zones'.
Here is what the program looks like
DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 3 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 4 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 5 - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
DAY 6 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 7 - OFF!
DAY 8 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1

What is it about Jillian workouts that you love so much? Awesome accomplishments, congrats!!
I owe so much to Jillian!!! In just 2 months, i got in perfect shape and got rid of my excess fat!!! Still way to go though, but her workouts are soo fun and i trust her in this so much! I feel im only a couple of months away fron getting a totally flat belly. I've never stuck with a fitness program/trainer before in my life like this. She's awesome!0 -
I love her too! I alternate between NMTZ & BFBM! NMTZ is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be!! For only using 3 lbs (I use 5 lb weights because I don't have 3 lb weights) it is really hard at times!!! I LOVE BFBM! It is a GREAT workout. I am dripping with sweat and beat red in the face every single time. It is so rewarding when you get to the end, you feel SO strong!1
