Hey all! My name is Ally I'm 28, 5'6" and 225 lbs. a number my body seems to love but I do not. I've recently lost 27 lbs with weight watchers online and gained back about 25 ugh. My first goal for myself is 199 lbs then 180. I've played with mfp for a few years but never really dedicated effort to it. Wish me luck!

Good luck.
MFP was 'THE' answer for me. I've lost and kept off most of 70 pounds. Currently working toward whittling some back off that I let creep back on, but MFP made losing (and maintaining the loss) really easy for me. You've got this.
