I'm looking for a machine for my home. I have knee issues. So I was thinking Tc200.
Any information would be helpful

Look at Craigslist you'll find many!

I'd go to a gym or get an elipicital. No expert just seems like too many bowflex owners don't want them!

What are your goals? For that kind of money you could build a pretty awesome home gym.

I would rather spend the money on a good rowing machine to be honest.

You need to ask yourself why you never see bowflex stuff in gyms (except, maybe, the occasional hotel one).

Personally I'd recommend joining a gym first and trying a variety of machines and then deciding on what it is you enjoy doing. Craigslist is full of used towel racks......

LOL. My father just picked up a Bowflex off the side of the road that someone was throwing out.

Sorry to pile on - just adding that it may not be a particularly good investment.

Well, I have never met one person who says, "Wow, I love my bowflex machine and it's the best thing I ever did"

However I have seen people sell it on CL, FB tag sales and the like all the time. They often carry the words - "hardly used, come grab a bargain"

I am not telling you anything or discouraging you. But this is like investing in equities. Do your due diligence ;) And gather the metrics that are available.

Wow, I love my Bowflex, it's the best purchase I ever made. There you go.

I think a lot of the people fall prey to the hype that Bowflex puts out on TV. Their machines are not easy by any stretch of the imagination. I purchased a MAX Trainer, and when it finally arrived I thought I had wasted $1200 because I could hardly stay on the thing for 1 minute without my heart rate nearing blackout stages. I even got off it and walked away for months and let it collect dust. But.. I came back, decided to put more effort into it, and now I can honestly say... I love my Bowflex, it's the best purchase I ever made.

It probably took me six months of staying on just a few seconds longer, then getting off of it, walking around until my heart rate went down, then jumping back on. I finally made it 5 minutes.. then 10 minutes, then 15, and even up to an hour if I want. Now I use the thing five days a week for 30-35 minutes at a time at max resistance levels for my cardio warmup. I've had it for about 1.5 years, and when it finally wears out I'll be bummed for sure. I'll likely just buy another at that point. As far as the Tread Climbers, I've heard some horror stories about them wearing out fast, and I've also heard that Bowflex's warranty service isn't all its cracked up to be, but I've not had any issues. But then again, I've not had to have mine repaired. YMMV.
