I have 80lbs of extra body weight to let go and am aiming to lose 40lbs (Jan-March)
And the other 40lbs (April-June) 2017.
Join me if you are interested, let's motive each other.
My plan:
Eat less unhealthy (processed) food and drinks,
Workout (5-6 days/week),
Drink lots of water
and all the good stuff

Hey I'm with you.
I have 84 lbs to lose and I want to lose the first 42 lbs before May 26th for my holiday and the rest when I return before the end of 2017.
My plan is to continue to follow a keto diet (very low carb), exercise 4-5 days a week following a strength training program 3 days and cardio the others and work on increasing my water intake.
