    Awesome work! Tell us your secrets...what calorie range? What exercise? Any special diet?

    My calories are set at 1600 I don't eat back my exercise calories and I work out with Jillian Michaels after my baby goes to sleep (I'm a single mom so it's hard getting to the gym)

    Which Jillian michales do you do?


    I have done several of her DVD's 30 day shread, ripped in 30, etc right now I have just started her body revolution it's a 90 day program so I will post pics when I'm done with it!
