Split help

Hello,
So I love trail running. I go to them gym too.
I'm wanting to get my strength up and also lose a few more pounds.
I'm struggling to work out a training split.
Any help?

    Find what works for you and know that it may evolve or change as your fitness goals change. I started by doing P90X and Zumba. From there, I got into running. I now run 5 days a week, cardio cross train once per week, do strength training 2x per week, and short yoga videos 2 to 3 times per week. If you like trail running, adding strength training will help, especially legs, glutes, and core work.

    Pick an established lifting routine (like stronglifts, NROL, etc...) They are usually 3 day rotations, run on the days in between.

    A 2 or 3 day a week full body strength program & a few days running per week shouldn't be too hard to mesh. Pick one and try it, adjust as needed.
