Green smoothies with added coconut oil, peanut butter, and even raw eggs has made hitting my calorie goals so much easier. Breakfast takes 10-15 minutes, is super healthy, and easily over 1,000 calories

That's a good idea but the raw egg whites.. I duno.. just the thought makes it hard to stomach! (Even though I know they are safe and pasteurized when you buy them in the carton)
I am having a hard time lately so I am adding a smoothie a day to help me progress. I put a banana, frozen berries, spinach, whey, peanut butter and full fat yogurt. Coconut oil is good to add.. I may have to try that too1 -

vOv I've run with whole raw eggs straight from the shell for months on end, without issue. I definitely feel like the liklihood of food poisoning from such things is blown way out of proportion, assuming you aren't doing something stupid, like making shakes and letting them sit at room temperature for a while.1 -

Ohh I know we make tiramisu with raw eggs.. but I personally wouldn't just eat one from the shell.. maybe it's the stigma plus the gooey texture?? Haha0 -

Oh, I never ate them straight. I would mix them with almond milk and vanilla Isopure, using an immersion blender. Basically made for an Eggnog like protein shake.1 -
