Lipton diet green tea???

Good morning everyone! I decided I need to start drinking something day to day other than just
water, and the milk in my protein shakes. I HATE soda, and I just generally stay away from everything
else. I bought a pack of the Lipton Diet citrus green teas...I know green tea is really good for
you so I figured I could use some! It's 0 cal, 0 carb, 0 everything except low sodium. The ingredients
say "Flavored with natural flavors" does that mean there's artificial sweeteners? And if so...
does that make this a bad thing to drink on a daily basis, or every few days?

if it tastes sweet it probably has traces of ehrythritol, aspartame, or some sort of artificial sweetener. check the label to see the ingredients, I think the newest trend of sweetener has transitioned to ehrythritol.
It doesn't really make a difference unless you have cancer in your history, as doctors recommend people going through treatment to avoid artificial sweeteners and carcinogens. As a side note, enjoy it!
I usually like drinking and brewing my own green tea with either powdered green tea or steeping tea bags and adding a pinch of baking soda to eliminate the bitterness. But that's me because I like my green tea plain, to each their own.
Correction, they use sucralose to sweeten it.
here is some background information I quickly googled for sucralose in case you experience any side effects (not guarenteed you will)
