Anyone else here who attends a ton of fitness classes? I'm obsessed! What are your favorites? And how do you manage a balanced schedule, with classes that work on cardio, strength, and flexibility, so that you have a well-rounded routine?
Asking because after a year doing 4 days a week of boot camp, I've joined a gym with a wide variety of classes that all sounds amazing. I'm trying to figure out best how to set up a routine with a combination of yoga, strength training, and cardio to get into the best shape possible. Any tips would be appreciated!

I'd suggest a TRX or KB class at least 2x week for strength. Add on spinning or circuit training for cardio. And yoga or pilates.0

I've been called a gym wh*re before Currently I take a couple small group classes a week. I would almost consider it small group training. In addition I take a boxing, cycle and do an outdoor group class once a week. I also have a classpass membership and that's where I experiment with different class formats, Kettlebell, yoga, hot pilates, TRX, Barre, etc. I'm always trying to find a balance. Ideally I like to hit the weight room three times a week.0
