What would be your eating schedule for working a 4pm-12am work shift daily with no break?

Why no meal break? That would not be legal.0

Cut up protein bars bite size and keep some in a small bag in your pocket. Try to get in a bars worth if you can every two to three hours if that is al you can manage to do3

I do Intermittent Fasting and regularly go 16-24 hours without eating. If you need to go eight hours without eating, try eating the majority of your calories prior to your shift and saving a couple of hundred for a snack (if you need it) when you get off work.0

Lipsmahoney had a great idea with the protein bars, and also keep a bottle of water that you can sip on all shift. Or maybe a protein shake you can sip on, too0
