9 pounds away!

Hi guys! I'm an 18 year old female, I've lost 45 pounds and ran a marathon this year and am currently 9 pounds away from my goal weight (125)! I'm struggling with motivation, looking to network for tips and encouragement :)

    Titan workout 100 reps
    Emphasis endurance and reps
    *****to be done in whatever combination and order you so choose
    Rest times are determined by level of intensity and exercise chosen and # of reps done per set.

    100 reps shoulder press sitting/standing combined
    100 jumping jacks
    100 bicep curls standing sitting combo
    100 push-ups/ real and modified
    100 bench or floor dips
    100 high knees or line touches
    100 ab related exercise (crunches leg raises etc )
    100 squats (combine body weight and dumb bell if you so choose )
    100 calf raises
    Whatever time remaining on the 60 minute workout clock is dedicated to cardio , preferably incline treadmill. 20 mins is a perfect amount of cardio post lift for ample fat burning.
    Give it a try but mix up your days some.
    Do 60 min of cardio before breakfast each day as well as a workout similar to above.
