Lost 80 lbs between April 2015 and April 2015. Fell in love with running and have run 5 half marathons since June.
Tried my first headstand today since I was at school:

Very happy!
Maybe you'd like to try a headstand too? So much fun!

Awesome! Although I have to admit... I was kind of hoping this was going to be more of a "bloopers" video.1

Oh you have me so inspired!
Well done, you made it look so easy!!!
My 4 are -headstand, handstand, cartwheel and crab walk.
It will be a 50 year gap but I think, if I work on it, I will make it for my GS's 7th birthday this spring.
He doesn't realise I am a little old woman and thinks all things are possible.

Awesome! I've never done a headstand. I'm not one much for being upside down.1

What did she mean by the "silver stars"?Noreenmarie1234 wrote: »WOW you look awesome! How much did you weigh before? I would love to see transformation photo. You look so toned. Do you do weights as well?
Hi @Noreenmarie1234 and thanks!
I weighed 218 lbs in April 2015. I've maintained my goal of 135 lbs since April 2016. I'm 5 ft 9.5 in.
The only "weights" I did were some pull ups and chest presses maybe once a week on machines at our public walking track, and a bit of planking. I do Body Balance once a week for yoga/pilates/stretching/balance/core.
