Hey! My name is Megan. I have downloaded this app in hopes I can monitor my calorie and carb. intake and better proportionalize my eating habits. I have only had the app for a little over a week and I feel I'm really just eating the same but becoming more aware of how many calories certain foods have. I have turned down some foods due to this. Just looking for serious people who can give good advice on other ways to lose weight and stay motivated!
