Hi! My baby boy just turned 1, and I'm finally getting enough sleep (well, it's never enough) that I'm ready to start focusing on myself a little bit. He is my first child, and it's been a challenging year. I work full time, so finding balance is tough. Although I quickly dropped all my pregnancy weight right after having my little guy, I've actually put on a little bit of weight since then because I do not make good choices about what I eat when I'm so busy taking care of someone else. I'm ready to make better choices in 2017-seeking like-minded fitness friends. :)

    Congrats on your first baby first of all!! And secondly, congrats on wanting to make time for yourself and want to make better choices. I'm on the same page, except my daughter is now turning 3 in January and my son is 7! Lol...I need to and want to change my eating habits too! Idk how to add froe d's on here yet..I literally just signed up..lol..but ur the type of person I'd like to talk with because motivation and support is definitely needed to be successful in healthy life style changes! ❤ so please, if you know how...add me!
