9.5 kg in 4 months

Hi MFP community, today i m delighted to share my success story by shedding off 9.5 kg in 4 months. I am feeling much better in my skin, i become a running addict and i hooe to train for a 5k race in the next 5 months. The apps definitely is a major pillar in my program amd i followed the nhs - eat healthy 12 weeks plan.
There is no powder, drinks, tea, cream that will make you lose fat. You will lose money and some water sometimes. Only long term eating habits change will make you lose fat. Losing weight should not be expensive. But it requires planning and cooking at home. Thank you MFP.
