Hello all. I lost around 20lbs a couple of years ago for my wedding doing calorie counting and using my fitness pal. After having a baby in late dec 14 and putting on 4st in the process i spent the whole of last year trying to re start my journey with mfp but failed everytime. I am 2st down but longing to shift the other 2 stone. Im going to greece early may and would really like to be around 20lbs lighter or a clothes size smaller buy then. Anyone have any tips please on getting started again and reaching my mini goal. I think im going to start on around 1600cals, im 5ft 5inch about 14st 9lbs and sedentary most of the time. Am going to do more walking and use my bounce boots for exercise as and when i can. Any help/tips/advice would be greatly appreciated
