Hi Robyn - a few sessions with a good personal trainer would be invaluable for learning proper form. Many places have specials this time of year.
I'm a yoga teacher and cringe at the thought of people trying to learn yoga from DVDs, and given all the bad form I see at the gym, think the same is true for many people trying to learn weight lifting from the internet.2 -
Hi,
I have 84 lbs to lose and i'm starting Chalean Extreme Monday for the full 90 day program 3 x a week and for cardio water aerobics, swim laps and 1-2 gym sessions a week.
If you want free really good full strength training workouts go on youtube and look up fitnessblender, they have hundreds working all areas of the body, i'll be incorporating as well as Chalean's program.0
