Even better on sweet potatoes! Odd I know, but SOOOO good!

I'm SOOO glad I'm not the only one who does this. I love peanut butter on sweet potatoes. Also:
On apple slices, toast, or spoons
    Sandwiches (no jelly, that's icky)
    Peanut sauce
    Mixed with oatmeal
    Stuffed into dates
    Occasionally in smoothies

I use natural peanut butter with the oil poured off the top.

PB and bacon is a glorious combination, so I bet I'd like it on a burger, too. Can't wait to try!

I can easily eat the whole jar, so I keep jars out of the house. I have a bunch of packets of the Justin's Vanilla Almond butter and eat one when I have a hankering. Still almost 300 calories.

I love me some peanut butter xD I like it on a rice cake as a post workout snack, or just a frozen spoonful as "dessert" to enjoy :D

    1. Spread on a soft taco shell, roll up and eat.
    2. Dip for baby carrots
    3. Mix with vanilla yogurt
    4. Mini pb and jelly sandwiches using Ritz crackers instead of bread
I could go on and on lol, my user name says it all

I've never had it with yogurt, that sounds awesome!
It's so good mixed with Greek yogurt, with fresh raspberries on top:)

My bedtime snack this time of year is PB, apple, and cheese.

I also like PB in chocolate yogurt.

I used to have PB banana smoothies every day for breakfast but alas my veggie smoothie keeps me fuller longer for less calories.

    Here's a savory recipe:

    Spicy Peanut Sesame Noodles

Source: Joy of Cooking with simplifications
    Servings: 4

    Ingredients:

    • 1 C peanut butter

    • 1/4 C rice vinegar (If using cider vinegar decrease to 2 T. Do not use white or red vinegar.)

    • 2 T soy sauce

    • 1 garlic clove, chopped

    • 1 or more jalapeño or other chili peppers, chopped, seeded for less spicy

    • 1 1/2 T sugar or honey

    • 1 t salt

    • 1/4 C sesame oil

    • 1/2 C freshly brewed black tea

    • 1 pound Chinese egg noodles or spaghetti (I probably decrease this to 8-12 oz)

    • 2 t toasted sesame oil

    • 4 C shredded cooked chicken

    • cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into thin strips

    • cilantro

    • peanuts, coarsely chopped

    Directions:

    1. Combine first 9 ingredients (through the black tea) in a food processor and blend thoroughly. The sauce can be covered and refrigerated for a week. Allow to return to room temperature and stir well before using.

    2. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling unsalted water until soft. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water until cool.

    3. Toss the noodles thoroughly with toasted sesame oil.

    4. Place in a serving dish and add chicken, if using. Top with the sauce and stir together gently.

    5. Garnish with cucumber, cilantro, and peanuts.

That addition of tea is really interesting.

I might have to try this, but I'll sub out powdered peanut butter.

I usually mock up a fake Thai-ish peanut sauce with powdered peanut butter, lime juice, a pinch of sugar, and some sriracha with a bit of soy. I know fish sauce would be more authentic, but I'm a vegetarian.

I don't keep regular peanut butter around because I'd eat the whole jar.

I make good use of the powdered stuff by mixing it in things. I love it in cottage cheese or yogurt or protein shakes.

I like to put a spoonful in a mug of hot chocolate, & then eat it off the spoon little by little. It's like eating a hot Reese's.

Skippy Naturals Honey PB and I have been involved since my journey began. The only thing that's ever come between us is a spoon. Happy spreading!

Sounds weird but I love carrots and pb!! Such avoid combo. But tbh I think I have peanut butter wayyyy too much-but I can't stop myself, its too good! And it's not really putting me over my calorie goal so....

Love peanut butter! Pb2 in my smoothies is what I do most days to boost my protein and save calories and still get my fix. There is no substitute for the real thing on my apples or bananas though. Pb2 is just not the same on that stuff. I just count the calories and leave room for the regular stuff outside of my smoothies.
