Losing the Last Ten

I've been going pretty consistently since June. I've lost 17 pounds overall, and I've hit the worst plateau I've experienced. I've tried almost everything I could think of, and I've almost given up! The holidays have crept up on me and I've gained a couple pounds. It's time to get rid of it for good and finally meet my goal. Any suggestions on finally dropping the last ten pounds?

Have you readjusted your caloric goals, to ensure you're actually in a deficit? Your TDEE lowers, as you lose weight, just due to not having to carry about so much mass.

Are you using a food scale? If not, you could be overestimating portions. 100 cals/day adds up.

I'm actually using the minimum for calorie intake. Anything less than 1100-1200 makes me really sick longterm, so that's not really an option. As far as portion control, I have a pretty set food palette so I'm not sure that is an issue. I may play with that a bit more and see if I can adjust a few minor things like paying more attention to macros to help. Thanks!

Maybe change your workout routine. If that does not work go to the doctor and get your thyroid checked. Good luck
