Getting Back on Track!

I've been able to maintain my (too high) weight for the last 6 weeks, which is something to be happy for I suppose. I'm not comfortable in my body physically or emotionally, so it is time to get back on track to be losing weight! I'm committing to myself to log my food daily. All of it. Each bite, lick and taste since those suckers add up too! That will be a great start to keeping me on track. This next Monday, I'll add an activity goal to stick with.

Anyone with me? What is a goal you can commit to?
