For years many years I have spent a small fortune trying to find ways to minimise and even eradicate my autism symptoms. Being told that sugar was bad for me or to cut it out completely was as challenging for me as a fish living on land. This being because Autism has a tendency to exaggerate or amplify symptoms in general to everything.
I have now come to a firm conclusion that by eliminating sugar in processed food will enhance the quality of my life experiences. It has taken all of sixty three years to come to this conclusion. I am making a new years resolution for 2017 that hope I am able to completely wean myself off sugar are than what my boy requires through natural carbohydrates. I shall be commenting each week about my progress. For me it is going to take an immense amount of will power and hopefully you will follow me and learn new tricks that can benefit you.
