Any tips to start back exercising. I was exercising at least 3 days a week before but it has been about 1 month since then. I find it hard now to work out any tips?

Just jump into it!...trust me, I am a stay at home mom, and now the kids are off bc Christmas, so get to sleep in. Try (if you can) to do it in the morning, get it out the way..you will feel good you did, after the first 2 or 3 times you'll be into it good luck doll1
