Social Media Platforms?!

Do you believe in getting motivation from social media platforms like me? If not, why? If so, who motivates you and on what platform?

I want this thread to be a place where we kick the stigma of social media + weight loss = BAD to the curb.

Nowadays there are so many places on social media to get good advice and tips from real people like us.

So lets share between us our favourite motivators and platforms and why.

    Ok so first is YouTube!
    This is such a good platform to use if you gind the right people.
    Buffbunny or Heidi Somers as she is called is one of my favourite youtubers. She is funny and down to earth. She is truely inspiring and her workouts make you really want to workout too!
    I highly recommend her.

    Now my all time favourite is Sarahs Day! She is a fitness youtuber from Australia and is a really amazing person. She preaches balance which I feel is something many of us miss in our day to day lives. She listens to her body and if she doesn't a workout or eats unhealthy she tells us. She is true to herself and I find that refreshing and motivating! Definetly check her out!!!
