I am looking for something that is going to help with that post baby tummy flap. I am already doing an hour of cardio, plus 200 + crunches and lifting weights 6 days a week. Also starting this week I am adding a 2.2 mile run to that workout on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I have the exercise thing down but I was wondering if I wore one of the neoprene bands during my workouts if it would help target my gut flap! A friend says it is working for her but I want to get a variety of answers before I go out and get one so let me know if it has worked for you!!!! THANKS

I'm no expert but I asked tons of people about using the neoprene thing, and they almost all the time answered the same thing:

It doesn't work, it just makes you lose water, wich you will gain back when you have a drink. And in some cases they even told me you can damage your skin, which I'm telling you, that's the last thing I want, I already have enough issues in that area LOL
To get rid of the baby belly you have to take in account that diet is 80% and exercise is 20%

However I used the belly bandit right after giving birth, and it did help, but I never used it while working out, I didn't like how warm it gets, and it makes me itch.

    Hope it helps you!

I have some kind of thing that I wrap around my stomach that I got with a pilates set. I use it occasionally while working out to remind my body to hold in my abs tight. I will even wear it sometimes while cleaning the house. I don't know how well it works since I have not used it consistently enough, but I think that it will help me develop my ab muscles better and if it helps with my baby gut then all the better.

Well Kenzie, all I know is that since someone posted to me about using it for the C-section flap, I have been trying one. I like the way it sucks my lower stomach in while I jog and I sweat a TON more in that area! I have noticed a difference in my sides more right now than in the lower pouch. I have used it for about 2 weeks. It could be the continued diet and excersice that is doing it or the belt. I don't know and I don't care. All I know is that it is FINALLY shrinking so I'll keep using it.
