I personally workout harder if I'm working it first thing in the morning. But sometimes I can only workout at night. It's honestly a personal preference.0

I've been very successful working out as late as 11pm. Not sure it matters. It's based on calories in vs calories used. Just don't let it interfere with your sleep. Not getting the sleep you need or the right kind of sleep will add on pounds.0
