The excess 50lbs is a "congratulations on getting sober!" present from the universe.

    Congratulations on getting healthier, I'm sure it's taken a ton of willpower and commitment and I'm sure you'll be able to use the same willpower when tackling the excess weight!

    My mum is an ex addict too. She gained heaps. She now can lift heavier than I can at the gym. She's busted her butt and has lost her "congrats on getting sober present from the universe present"

    Well done on getting clean. That in itself is a massive thing. Learn to love yourself again.

    There are many recovering addicts in my family. I know how difficult it is to become clean so I just wanted to congratulate you. So Congrats!!!

    Congratulations on getting clean! The person I love most in the world is a former addict- it's hard. You are so strong. Getting clean is proof that you're strong enough to do anything.
