    Are the top two pics a years worth of recomp @lizery ? You look great in both, but the toned and muscular shows clearly in the 2013. Pretty fantastic change :)

    2012 was eating generally clean an playing roller derby.

    2013 was strict paleo and crossfit x 3 ish times per week,

    I've been jogging bush trails with STEEP stairs and hills, 3 km ish about 3 times a week.

    Just started some light social cycling with my kids and partner.

    Try and remember to do some weights (squats, deadlift, cleans) and sporadically some kettle bell swings and other assorted random stuff.
