So I coach my sons 5th grade basketball team and tonight I ran 17 down backs with them how does that burn less calories then walking 2 miles?

You're still killing it though. Great job!

Kind of slacked off this week. Injured knee and gave blood. So, 23.13 miles this week, total of 158.39 so far. Will kill it this week, as I have a 5k next Saturday. ;)

Quick question, is this only being counted outside of your "normal" walking etc. I walk about 3 miles a day, just getting to the station and office and back home again.
Are people just looking at what they do outside of those miles?

I'm recording what I do from out of bed to when it's time to crawl back in.

I am redoing this challenge and only counting my running... was too far ahead to make it much of a challenge when counting all of my walking as well.

    January Total (93 miles)
    Wk 1: 21.5
    Wk 2: 22.0
    Wk 3: 16.0
    Wk 4: 22.5
    1-29 - 7.0
    1-31 - 4.0

    Feb. Week 1: (27.1 miles)
    Feb. Week 2: (22.7 miles)
