Hello All. Well my weight has returned with a vengeance so I must retaliate. A lot of my weight gain has been due to mismanaged stress. I need to stop eating when I am stressed. For the moment I cannot change what is causing my stress, so I must change how I handle it. I have a meeting at Planet Fitness with a trainer - I want to work out but have low back and knee issues - so he can show me how to work out without further injury to those areas. I plan on combining my work out with an eating style called Intermittent Fasting, which my doctor has recommended for me. Where is everyone?

    You can do a chair workout - Jillian Michaels has one as part of her work out - different ways to work out, get your heartrate up and still get a sweat on.
