Hey guys my name is Angelo. So I'm on this cutting diet right now because I have a trip to go to at the end of February so I have a good two months before I leave. I started a couple weeks ago at about 200 pounds and right now I'm at 192lbs 18.7% bodyfat. I don't even go to the gym... If you change your diet and track your calories and your macronutrients closely you will lose that weight! I'll keep you guys posted on my weekly progress... Feeling EPIC!!

Try for at least some exercise to prevent you from losing muscle and as an insurance against your metabolism dropping.0
