I cook meat in bulk, portion it up, freeze it and get out what I need each day. Things like rice/quinoa can also be cooked and frozen, as can roast vegies.
One pot meals and soups can be made in bulk too - you could have a freezer full of various foods and just prepare meals from the ingredients and amounts that suit your goals3 -
