Going old school on you but I love Tae Bo! I love Zumba too actually. I broke my tibia early this year and these give me a crazy sweat without going too high impact. Plus Tae Bo has many different workouts to focus on various parts of the body.1

I hit chest, back, legs, and shoulders by the end of the week. I try not to neglect one area and favor the other.1

I love cycling. It's about the only cardio I do anymore. I used to run AND cycle but plantar faciitis. I know people say to mix up your workouts, but I can feel my body becoming more efficient cycling and that feels unbelievable.

I do a bicep routine, from time-to-time, that's killer. I think it's called a drop set, but I don't know the terminology. You need bench that can be used to do incline bench.
I do a heavy set, 4-6 reps, seated on the incline. A set, standing, on 10-12 reps. And a decline set, seated, of 20-25 reps. Each time I drop the weight 10 to 15 lbs. I do this 2 or 3 times as able.0 -
The deadlift is my favorite because it makes me feel strong. As far as hypertrophy stuff goes....barbell hip thrusts. They've done wonders for my butt.0
