Starting my journey...again

I totally forgot about myself over the last few years. I got comfortable in a relationship, I take care of my kids, i excel in my career; but made no time for me. So here I am starting this journey over again. Starting this weight loss journey 30lbs heavier than I was the first time. So, I'm starting slow, making subtle changes and trying to do everything I can to change my way of thinking and not jump into deprivation. I'm so out of shape, exercise seems too difficult. So I'm starting by tracking steps and walking. How is everyone else doing in their journey?

    Hi Crystal. I am pretty close to being in your situation. I have started so many times. This time, it is serious. I need to get healthy.

    I'm similar too, excercise seems like something I need to lose weight before I'm able to do. :/ My goal feels so far away, but we'll get there :D

    It sounds like we're in good company! My short term goal is to track my calories consistently for 3 days. Starting small is better than not starting at all.
