Well done for trying to get better.

My first thought is that you mustn't try to crash diet.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

If you try to lose lots of weight quickly, that leads to starving yourself, then crashing and burning and bingeing.

Slow and steady gets you there. It also teaches you good habits for maintaining your goal weight.

Try not to worry about "eating healthy". "Healthy" has a million definitions.

Instead, eat what makes you satisfied within your calorie limit.

I am so proud of you for trying getting better. I wish you good luck. Keep pushing through. I know you can do this!

7 Important Things to Remember on your journey:
    1. A number should not define you. A number cannot tell you how funny, caring, sweet, beautiful or smart that you are.
    2. Avoid fad diets. They don't work and they harm your health.
    3. Protein and fiber is beneficial and will help fill you up/keep you full.
    4. Eat good portions please.
    5. If you feel like you are about to binge, try to distract yourself. Do something nice for you.
    6. It's okay to not be perfect. We're humans. Humans aren't perfect, but we can be healthy.
    7. Distract yourself when you feel like purging. Try your very hardest. Even if you feel disappointed in yourself, hurting yourself is not the answer. You can get better. I believe in you.
