Hi everyone I'm a SAHM to a one year old little boy. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do classes: strength & grace (power yoga inspired), bodyflow, and body vive. I have an Apple Watch and am loosely following "The Simple Diet." I'm not a food purist or hardcore exerciser but I am serious about being consistent. Before I had my son I was hardcore and while I was thin I had obsessive unhealthy habits. I have some baby weight to loose but I don't know what my goal weight should be because my lifestyle is different now and I'm not interested in going back to my old pre-baby ways. I'd love some accountability buddies!
