I love it because it gives you a huge veriety of foods to eat, whether you love chicken, beef, pork, seafood, plants...but it also narrows it down to course as well.

If your going to have people over and want to stay within your calories or macros, these meals are tasty for everyone. It doesnt taste like diet food, my hubby is all over this website lately!

So my new years resolution is to A) lose another 15-20lbs and be more advernturous with my food all while staying within my cals/macros!
