I truly love the 30 Day Shred, but you do need a set of hand weights for the workouts. Jillian Michaels is controversial from everything I have heard, but honestly, its a damn good workout.3

I really like Jessica Smith too - and you can also find some workouts from Leslie Samson - I used to belong to gym but that was costing too much for yearly fees - I have been working out at home for 3 years now and most of my workouts are from YouTube - there are lots available to choose from2

I really like Zumba so my favorite is liveloveparty. I also love Refit. I've had a little dance and aerobic dance instruction so the dance combinations are recognizable. I think the music they use is great too.2

I love turbo jam. I borrow the DVDs from my library. Kendall Hogan has some fun videos. Pop sugar, Denise Austin, Jillian Michaels and the Firm are also good. You might want to get a pair of hand weights.1
