    Joker 🤡♥️

    How was this?

I thought it was fantastic. Had Health not played him first, Joaquin's performance would be the measuring stick. It's got a dark, gritty fee--think Se7en--and it's perfect for the character and subject.

Agree. He recreated the character without piggybacking off Heath Ledger's interpretation.

Seriously disturbing, yet his portrayal of dark was less eerie, moreso a realistically sad depiction of societies button pushing bullying tactics and its effects when the target implodes.

Joker, it was brilliant. Quite disturbing but very thought provoking.

Gemini man As action mercenary type movie plots go, it's predictable. However, Will Smith seamlessly differentiated his characters - young vs older. 3D viewing is the best option for those of us in the US who cannot view it the way the director intended.

Joker. Absolutely fantastic movie. It's hard for me to choose who I like more as Joker, Phoenix or Ledger. Both are incredible, but ultimately playing at different times in their character arc and therefore unfair to compare. Joaquin Phoenix has been one of my favorite actors for quite some time, and this just cemented that for me.

After having it on my to-watch list for years, finally got around to seeing The Descent last night.

I wanted to like it and ultimately came away from it disappointed, though it's been on my mind all morning so that says something about it.

Goodbye world ... Where would you go? If Martial law were enacted, what are your chances of survival? Obscure community, a post tech-reliance Alexandria perhaps?
