Ant-Man & the Wasp: Good, for Marvel movie
Skyscraper: Enjoyed it. Some similarities to "Die Hard". But, hard not to when it's a movie about a skyscraper.

I am going to have to re-watch Skyscraper just for your "Die Hard" comp. I was marvelling at the possible tech layout ... Owners compensating for risk management allowances with towers exceeding 35 floors.

How It Ends it's on Netflix. The ending made me curse at the TV and I went to bed mad lol

The ending did the same for us! I despise endings like that.

Was a good movie! And, agree. Most of mine are far from his character.

It's sad that it's a rare skill set and trait. I've watched it twice. It merely reiterated my NEED to have a person like him in my life. The foreboding skill set, a learnedness with rationale.

Mission: Impossible – Fallout Tom Cruise continues to up the ante with his stunts. Storyline is much of the same in my opinion.

We watched it last night. I agree with you. I wonder how long Cruise do the action hero thing?

I'm holding off watching it until I work my way through the entire series of movies. Will be watching MI:3 and probably 4 this weekend.

Watched "Death of a Nation" last night. Interesting movie, and wasn't quite what I thought it would be. But, food for thought, and regardless of political leaning, I think worth watching since it does give a counterpoint to much of what is presented in mass-market media today. I will just say that if you do go see it, watch it with an open mind.

Showing 4 towns away from me. Might have to wait until they offer it on my pay per view.

Great storyline, writing and pacing for a heist movie.

Marcus: This is what they call white man's intuition.
Alberto: Sometimes a blind pig finds a truffle.

    😄🤣😄🤣

Toby (to Marcus): I been poor my whole life. So were my parents, an their parents before 'em ... It's like a disease, passing from generation to generation. Becomes, a sickness, that's what it is ... Infects every person you know ... But not my boys. Not anymore. This is theirs now ... Now I ain't never killed no one in my life. But if you want me to start with you, lets get on with it old man ... See if you can grab that pistol before I blast you off this porch.

I don't recall the last movie I saw in the theater...maybe Guardians of the Galaxy 2... I wanted too catch Ready, Player One but was to busy w/ work (60-70 hour work weeks on an oddball shift). I really enjoyed the book, so I was curious to see how badly they butchered it for the movie.

Last movie at home was Heartbreak Ridge just a few nights ago.
