To lose weight the only thing you have to do is eat at the correct calorie deficit for your weight goals. Exercise is nice for health but it doesn't really have anything to do with weight loss.0 -
Looking at your diary and how little you say you eat.. the weight would be coming off fast if you were truly only eating that much. You are consuming more than you think. Do you have a food scale?3

@humpbackgirl Google bmr calculator, that number is the amount of calories you'd burn in a coma or lying in bed all day. The calories MFP has given is the amount you need to eat to lose at your selected rate, exercise is an added bonus.0
