Who's your favorite superhero? Marvel or DC. I just prefer Marvel, personally.
My favorites are Spider-Man & Captain America. I don't care if they're "overrated" or "cliche" I just love them.

Spidey. Started reading and collecting comics in the mid-70's (mostly Marvel). Stopped in the mid-late 90's when they started with all the Peter Parker clones and quit X-Men shortly after Age of Apocalypse (possibly the greatest comic book series ever)1

I love both Marvel and D.C., but I lean more toward Marvel. Spider-Man is my favorite by far. Although when I was a kid I was more into the Hulk. I actually found a wig in my moms closet and painted it green. I ran around my neighbor hood with a torn shirt and jeans that were cut short, haha. Hulk Capri pants.1

I'm more of a Marvel fan, DC burned me with the new 52. I was just getting into comics when it happened so I was like "uh maybe not." My favorite movie superhero is Captain America, but in the comics I love the X-Men and any teen hero. Runaways, Young Avengers (v1, not a fan of v2), Academy X, Ms. Marvel, Teen Titans. I Love teen heroes.1

Black Panther
Batman
Gambit
Dr. Doom (Didnt like any of the fantastic 4 movies though lol)
Magneto
And Thor is my favorite Avenger.3 -

I started Daredevil months ago and haven't been able to finish it! I'm going to have to restart it. I also loved Jessica Jones on Netflix.1 -

I'm into the cosmic comics, so my favorite, by far, is the Silver Surfer. I can't say I prefer Marvel in general over DC, but I do think Marvel does cosmic better. I pretty much read anything with the Surfer, Galactus, Thanos and an obscure comic I've been reading for years, but I hear is catching on with the masses - Guardians of the Galaxy.1

Storm. Her portrayal in the movies has been abysmal at best, but I blame that more on Bryan Singer's depiction than Hallie Berry's acting (even though she wouldn't have been my first choice).
I also love Galactus, Black Panther and Dr. Doom.2 -
I'm a Marvel guy but strangely enough, my favorite superhero is Batman. From the Marvel universe, it's a toss up between Wolverine and Spidey.2

Gambit was my favorite from the cartoons
Gambit will always be the coolest Xmen of all time for me, him and Rogue were such a god couple lol1 -
Deadpool has to be my new favorite. Use to be Spiderman when I was a kid. Robert Downey Jr made Iron Man awesome.1
