Stomach Shrinking???

I ate a taco, small burrito and some nachos and I literally feel like I'm going to barf! I feel sooo full it's uncomfortable. Before counting calories and losing some weight this meal would have been no problem for me. To be honest, I probably could have eaten even more. Does the stomach shrink? Is that really true?

Whatever it is...I don't like this feeling at all.

If you were to regularly eat larger size meals, your stomach’s ability to stretch (distensibility) can increase to accommodate food you eat. If you eat only small amounts of food at a time, your stomach’s distensibility does decrease..
