Does anyone do 12 hour fasting? My nutritionist recommended it, and so far hasn't been a big deal. But does it actually work? Also does anyone do fasted cardio?

I guess I do...I usually eat dinner around 8:30 PM...I eat breakfast around 8:30 AM. I do fasted cardio only in the summer when I ride in the mornings...but don't by into the hype that it's going to do anything particularly special...people who think that simply don't understand how the human body works.
Also, what do you mean by "does it actually work?"....0 -
'Work' in what way? It's a style of eating. If you want to lose weight you need a calorie deficit.0

I often do more than 12 hour fasting.... Just depends on when I get the opportunity to eat. I don't do it because "it works" though, it just happens to fit my schedule.... Same for cardio. If doing it early before anything else fits my schedule, I do it fasted.0

i use to do the 2-3 diet, but i just dont have the willpower, but did work0
