The pic on the left is one of the only full body shots I could find of myself before, around my heaviest. Like most people, fat people don't like photos, it forces them to see the truth. And no one likes the truth when you're that big.
It was Halloween, yes I'm Woody, my date was Buzz Lightyear. We had a blast.
On the right, me this morning after 3 months of watching what I eat, and 2 months of dedicated (5-6 times a week) exercise.
Just to remind me how far I've come and how far there is to go.
