Wouldn't that be cooked though? You'd need a hell of a masher to mash a raw potato.8 -

Raw cauliflower is hard too. I guess you could use a sledgehammer like Gallagher.13 -
You could look up raw vegan restaurants in your area and just get a few meals for take-out. If you have any that is.0

But, isn't raw vegan cauliflower just...cauliflower? Also, eating raw potatoes really isn't a good idea, unless you like stomach cramps.6

True. I was just curious if any companies sold premade raw vegan meals is all0 -
I don't know of any packaged Raw Vegan Meals to purchase at a local grocery store. You could investigate delivery services like Veestro or FoodFlo0

Honestly I don't think you're going to be able to find anything prepackaged which isn't just fruits or a salad easily - it'd probably be easier to just premake some stuff yourself and put it in tupperware for later.
I've encountered many a prepackaged meal so far I can't think of anything which would work which isn't a salad or fruit (or like... just a snack box I guess) so if there are any such companies they must be rather rare/you'd have to go online for it.0 -
I don't think "raw vegan" and "prepackaged, convenient" coexist... Plenty of regular vegan and vegetarian options that are prepackaged tho...5
-
Raw premade vegan meals are....fruits and vegetables. What you are talking about is modifying food to make it more attractive or palatable. That's what cooking is for.

That's why the banana response above is so perfect. Bananas conveniently come in their own packaging.8 -

to make that you would have to cook it otherwise it would just be particles of hard cauliflower2 -
I think this is far too niche to be a thing. If being a raw vegan is so hard why are you doing it?!5
-
Also, just yesterday you were asking what being a raw vegan meant and now you're trying to find ways to make it more convenient? I think you need to do a lot more research and really think about your reasons for choosing this way of eating.15

If you're willing to drop the raw part of this plan, then I suggest you buy a book called The Veganomicon, which is the go-to cookbook for the vegans I know.2

I would be afraid of breathing in cauliflower dust. Nobody wants to have cauliflower lungs.10 -

I stand corrected, not too niche. $120 a week for basically just 4 meals, yikes.2 -

It's actually 8 meals (lunch and dinner), but they only ship w/in Los Angeles, so still pretty niche, IMO. I live in a pretty granola, artsy-fartsy area with lots of vegetarian restaurants and over priced organic grocery stores. A raw vegan restaurant opened about a year ago. 6 months after opening, they completely changed their concept and are now a regular vegetarian restaurant with cooked food. If a business like that wasn't sustainable in my neighborhood, then it's probably pretty niche.5 -
Veggie Noodle Co sells already spiralized raw vegetable noodles http://veggienoodleco.com/#products something like that what you are looking for?0

Not ready made but the raw vegan restaurant in my town (or I should say that used to be in my town because apparently they shut down) have a cookbook on Amazon - search for borrowed earth café. I never tried it because I am not into raw vegan but I heard that it was good. Not sure how the cookbook is but my friend was talking about it the other day. She liked the food at the restaurant but hated the staff (she said she wouldn't be surprised if they closed due to lack of business because they were so rude) so she was thinking of getting it (she isn't really a raw vegan either but liked to have it sometimes).0

Are you sure it's only in LA? I was on business in Arkansas when I ordered it. Perhaps they stopped.
I tried raw vegan but in the cold winter I needed hot food to keep my body temp up:).0 -

It was pricy but it was more than 4 meals as I recall. Delicious but not a WOE for me.1
