21 or 28 Day Reset Challenge - Starts Monday!

Hey, hey, hey! Care to join?

I'm going to commit to Blogilates' 28 Day Reset, but it's going to be 21 days with one planned cheat meal for my inlaws' 50th halfway through. I think honestly if I just knock off the alcohol and cheese, fatty meats and crackers I'll be feeling much better than today but I'll play along.

Rules are as follows:

Omit the following 5 things from your diet for 28 (21 give or take!) days straight:

Dairy
Gluten
Added Sugar
Processed Food
Alcohol

Also, commit to working out 6x/week. That part is in the bag.
