    Are chai seeds even worth buying? seems like it's the latest craze item... Flax seeds/meal work just fine for me

    I don't like the taste of flax seeds so I use the CHIA seeds instead. They don't add much of a taste to shakes.

    I've done the pudding thing. It's edible. I love homemade tapioca pudding, but this doesn't hold a candle.

    Found a recipe where they took the pudding and whizzed it in a blender until completely smooth (takes forever) to make a mousse. Mine ended up horribly bitter, I guess from the inside of the chia seeds, so I don't recommend it.

    Glad I bought a very small bag. Won't be buying them again.
