What's your success stories on fixing a muscle imabalance? In my case, I am struggling with a glute imbalance. Therefore, I am curious as to other people who have struggled through this problem and how they succeeded.

I don't have a huge glute imbalance but I find my right side is a touch more dominant, although it is not noticeable. It has definitely improved through use of resistance bands, extra training on the weaker glute and single leg work.

Hi, I've had a muscle imbalance in my knee since my teens. It takes regular exercise focussed on those muscles to retain the strength I need. I had surgery 10 years ago and that helped immensely, but every now and then I can feel it getting weak and have to remember to strengthen. If I don't , I'll be on crutches!
