Exercising and weight gain

Yesterday, I ate about the same as I usually do and gained weight. The only thing I did different was I exercised. Could that be why I gained 1.4 lb. last night?

yes its possible, but its all water weight. you should be weighing yourself weekly to see true weightloss results1
